Salah Tawfik Elementary and Middle School operates under the auspices of the non-profit parent organization: Islamic Foundation of South Florida (IFSF). STEMS was established in 2000 to meet the needs of full time Islamic School in our community.  

Non-Profit Status

STEMS is not a for profit business.  As such there is no individual who profits financially from its operation.  The fees, tuition, donations, and fundraising money that are collected are used to operate the school, purchase supplies and equipment, and to pay staff salaries. All donations made to STEMS are Tax deductible.
