AL-FALAH/ ZAKAT

STEMS accept Zakat donations; these donations directly support the student tuition for Zakat-eligible families. Donations can be made through Al-Falah: a charitable division of IFSF. Offering your Zakat to STEMS will help our children receive quality education in a nurturing and supportive Islamic environment.

Donation Information:

  • Zakat funds are only used for tuition assistance to families that meet the Zakat eligibility guidelines.
  • Scholars in our community review the Zakat eligibility guidelines. 

 

Invest your Zakat for STEMS

We offer several giving levels:

Applications for Al-Falah/Zakat must be completed in person at the STEMS location. Currently, we practice social distancing and the use of face masks during this process. Families that are uncomfortable with these procedures should contact staff for additional safety precautions based on state guidelines. You may call the office at (954) 741-8130.

Families will be informed if they have been approved for tuition assistance through Zakat donations.
